This week we have another life update. Lucy’s new love of walking, future climbing plans (physically and mentally LOL), is Ben Nevis REALLY in Scotland (or norway?), climbing couples?, going into adulthood, struggling to navigate life, different timelines, comparing yourselves to other 23 year olds, making real relationships in your early 20’s?, finding a balance between settling down and settling… a AND LOTS of sound issues :)

Happy Sunday morning and Happy Easter !!! This week we, kind of, go over the topic of labels and how we associate labelling with personal limitations that prevent us from reaching out TRUE POTENTIAL! We thought it appropriate to discuss this topic on Easter Sunday because it is so easy to negatively label things on holidays that are either full of unfamiliar activities or ones with over-indulging and forgetting where and whats going on in the present. I will be trying not to let the day go too quick and fall away from me, and step back and realise its okay to enjoy myself without feeling guilty for not following my usual day-to-day routine, because simply all that is limiting myself from enjoyment is constant labelling, meaning limitation. Rambling as always, we hope you enjoy!! 

(AS ALWAYS we are only talking about ourselves and what has helped and is helping us, just our own experience - don't take it too personally, but if we can help even one person we will be happy happy happy!!) Love ya!
