Each of these fabulous humans shared their eye-opening experiences in where they have grown in that. In listening, I was definitely very enlightened. There is so much power in community and voice and that’s why I love the idea of spotlighting this community from time to time, there’s so many I would like to hear from & I think it can definitely benefit the greater good of all of us! In this episode I’ll be sharing my experience of growth when I go to new new areas of bettering myself, whether that be to a physical place to a mental place. However! I also address the importance of others own unique growth when they are called to go. It’s so easy to be envious as humans of others but it’s so important to remember that others are going through their own unique journeys of growth and not to compare! I hope this episode can help you when experiencing that comparison in however that may look for you. I’m grateful for you!!

I have some of my very dear friends on the episode today. Recording this episode was very refreshing because I did some self reflecting of neglect & how I’ve experienced it, along with how I have maybe done so to others. Self reflection and looking in where there is room for improvement as well as how we have grown, is so important and I definitely got that through this experience. Lily, Tori, & I will each be sharing some of our own experiences we faced in neglect while growing up, and also even in our day to day encounters. We will be touching up on how we have learned to grow from each of these aspects of neglect. We will also be reading some of YOUR stories in this episode! I definitely was very inspired when reading these responses of yours. I am so grateful for the community that is being built through this, each and every one of you ♡

I am so thankful to be blessed in this moment in time and sharing my testimony with you all, in hopes of helping you. I am here for you.
