  • Commissioned To Heal | Supernatural Sunday
In this sermon we will discuss from the Scriptures the importance of healings, miracles and deliverance. In spite of all the knowledge and advances in technology we have, we need God’s intervention in our lives for healings, miracles and deliverances. While on earth, Jesus healed, delivered and performed miracles. This is how He went about His ministry. He commissioned His disciples first the twelve then the seventy to do the same things He did. We see throughout the Gospels how important were miracles in the ministry of Jesus. In the great commission (the commission to all disciples) is the commission to you and me to do the things He did and even greater things. The key here to do these things is Faith. At the end of the service, we will pray together to see healings, deliverances and miracles in our lives.May this sermon minister to you and enrich your walk of faith in Jesus Christ. We welcome you to make use of the free sermons, Christian books, and daily devotionals available on this website.

  • Blood Covenant | Part 4: Receiving Covenant Blessings
When Jesus died on the Cross and established the new covenant, He not only paid for the forgiveness of sins, but for everything else we needed and God desired for us to have was made available to us. Everything is included in the blood covenant we are in. God's covenant with us is undergirded by who He is and what He has said to us. When God says "I" will bless you - He means all who He is, is now made available to you. All who God is, as revealed through His covenant names is available to us through His blood covenant with us. The blessings that were promised to Abraham as part of the ‘Abrahamic’ covenant is ours today. In relation to the Mosaic covenant - Old Covenant promises are our minimum.
    Receiving Covenant Blessings
    #1) Obedience To His Word
    #2) Exercise Faith
    #3) Take It By Force

  • Blood Covenant | Part 3: The Present Day Ministry Of Jesus
The New Testament reveals that the exalted and glorified Jesus is in the presence of the Father as our High Priest and as Mediator. As High Priest He stands on our behalf before the Father. As Mediator He enforces the new covenant for us here on earth. His role as Intercessor and Advocate is part of His High Priestly role for us. Learn to relate to Jesus as your High Priest. Jesus is also our Mediator. He is the mediator between God and man. He was the only one who could do this because He was equal with God and equal with man. He could fully represent man to God and fully represent God to man. He offered His life as our Mediator. He is the Mediator of the New Covenant. As our Mediator, He lives to see His covenant (will) enforced for and on our behalf. He is not only the One who wrote (setup) the Covenant, and who died so that the Covenant can come into effect, but also lives, to ensure that the Covenant is enforced in our lives now! When we extend our faith to possess (receive, walk in) our covenant blessings Jesus is the Mediator (Guarantor, Enforcer) of these covenant blessings. Remember His covenant cannot fail. He Himself is the Mediator of His covenant.May this sermon minister to you and enrich your walk of faith in Jesus Christ. • Blood Covenant | Part 2: The New Covenant
The New Covenant is instituted, ratified and sealed by God Himself. Jesus completed the Old Covenant and came to establish a New Covenant. God gave Himself up as the covenant sacrifice to establish this covenant and presented His own blood to seal this covenant. There could be no greater blood covenant than this - the New Covenant. Jesus Christ is the Mediator (enforcer) of the New Covenant. Jesus Christ is our Great High Priest of the New Covenant representing us before the
Father. We are in a blood covenant with God through Jesus Christ. Our relationship with God is wrapped in this blood covenant. You are a son and daughter of God. God is your covenant-Father. This is a better covenant with better promises. We have a new identity in Christ. We must get rid of Old Covenant mentality and learn to walk in the blessings of our New Covenant with God.

  • A Disciple Of Jesus Christ | Part 3: The Fruits - The Life Of A Disciple
As we yield to the Lord's training process in our lives, what evidence (fruit) will we see? What did Jesus say that believers will express through their lives, as evidence that they are His disciples?
Jesus mentioned these five expressions (outcomes) in the life of a disciple:
#1, A Disciple Walks in Love
#2, A Disciple Bears Increasing Fruit
#3, A Disciple Does the Works of the Master
#4, A Disciple Makes More Disciples
#5, A Disciple Lives and Dies for the Master.
This is what we will see working out in our lives as we progress in our journey of being disciples of Jesus Christ. As we yield to His training process in our lives, we as His disciples will become like our Teacher and Master!

  • A Disciple Of Jesus Christ | Part 2: The Process
To make our journey into becoming disciples of Jesus we must embrace Jesus both as Teacher and Master. The disciple not only learns from the Teacher but also submits to the lordship and authority of the Teacher as Master. We have to be perfectly trained as disciples, to become like our Teacher and Master. In this sermon, we will understand the training process that the Teacher and Master takes His disciples through. In order to do this, we will study what Jesus said people should do, if they were to be His disciples.
#1, Training In His Presence (Be With Jesus)
#2, Training Of His Word (Live By His Word)
#3, Training Of His Spirit (Yield To The Spirit)

  • A Disciple Of Jesus Christ | Part 1: The Call
We have believed on the Lord Jesus Christ for our salvation according to the Scripture that states "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved" (Acts 16:31). We have confessed with our mouths the Lord Jesus and believed in our hearts that God has raised Him from the dead, according to Romans 10:9. What's next in our journey of faith? Moving from Being A Believer To Disciple. The Lord Jesus has called us to be his disciples, not just believers. Through the books of Acts, we see that those who believed were referred to as disciples of Jesus Christ. They did not have the option of remaining as "believers". Every believer was a disciple!
A "disciple" was not only a pupil, but an adherent, an ardent follower, someone who followed his Master's teaching closely. Disciples are imitators of their teacher. A disciple is a learner and follower of his teacher, committed to becoming like his teacher. What a powerful impact this will have on people around us, as they see us live like our Master! Where-ever we are, as disciples we are re-presenting our Master. People see the likeness of Jesus Christ in us. Being conformed to the image or likeness of Jesus Christ is the Father's plan for every believer. Discipleship is not following a set of rules, do's and don'ts. Discipleship is not selective adherence. Discipleship is not something the local church is forcing you into, to get you to stay in church. Discipleship is the Master's call for every believer.
Will You Say 'Yes' To The Call?May this sermon minister to you and enrich your walk of faith in Jesus Christ. We welcome you to make use of the free sermons, Christian books, and daily devotionals available on this website.

  • Overcoming Depression
All of us have feelings of discouragement, sadness, disappointment, hopelessness, helplessness, "gloominess" or "dullness". These are temporary and we get back to our normal active, energetic selves. If however, these feelings stay for weeks, months and sometimes for years, we generally say that the individual is depressed. Depression not only affects our emotional state (how we think, feel and act) but also affects our health. A person going through depression may find it hard sometimes to do even the simplest things. If not addressed depression can worsen. Depression can affect people of all ages.
In this sermon, we will discuss what the Bible teaches us to help overcome such feelings of depression. In Psalm 42, David feels cast down and disquieted. There is a sense of hopelessness. He is also seen to be crying, weeping and mourning. He feels like God has forgotten him. Many of us feel like this at times - we feel like God has abandoned us, suddenly gone silent, suddenly disappeared. There are pressures and challenges before us. Things we are facing seem to taunt us asking "where is your God?". Under all this, we may feel like David - cast down, disquieted, depressed, despair, discouraged. While David expresses what he is feeling and what he is going through, he also shares how he is overcoming all of this. That is what we will focus on, and bring practical insights on what we can do to overcome feelings of depression.
    Overcoming Depression - Practical Insights
    #1, RECOGNIZE YOUR FEELINGS
#2, SHARE YOUR FEELINGS WITH GOD
#3, ENCOURAGE YOURSELF IN GOD - SPEAK HIS WORD
    #4, HOPE IN GOD
    #5, REMEMBER GOD
    #6, PRAISE GOD
#7, DECLARE - MY HELP COMES FROM GODMay this sermon minister to you and enrich your walk of faith in Jesus Christ. We welcome you to make use of the free sermons, Christian books, and daily devotionals available on this website.
