No matter what difficulties or hardships we face, we are to remain faithful to Christ and remember that He is always faithful.  We must remember that what Christ wants to do in us is far more important that what we want Him to do for us.

We often blame our sin on external things - something around us made us do it.  But is that accurate?  Or does our sin come from within?

As in Jesus' day, many are more concerned with clean hands than they are with clean hearts.  Only Christ can cleanse the heart.  Listen to today's message to find out how to be a part of this cleansed community of believers.

Must like Peter had to cry out to Jesus to save him from sinking into the sea, we must call upon Christ to be rescued from our sin.

Continuing through Matthew 14, this week we learn that we must depend on Christ to sustain our Christian lives and community.

This week we begin a new section of the Gospel of Matthew. This series of messages are titled The Community of a Disciple and this week's message is A Counter-Cultural Community as we look at Matthew 13:53-14:12.  We find three things we should beware of as followers of Christ.

As we go through life everyday, we must treasure the Kingdom of Heaven above all else!  We do this in three ways.

We welcomed Dr. Wesley Perkins into the pulpit today as he brought this morning's message from Isaiah chapters 52 and 53.  He reminded us that Christ suffered many of the same things that we face while here on the earth and that He can sympathize and empathize with us in our times of difficulty.

This week we look at Matthew 13:24-43 and are reminded to remain encouraged in Kingdom growth.
