New Series: Healthy Rhythms for Life
The recurring patterns of your use of time are your rhythms of life.
Physical rhythms and spiritual rhythms.
Are your rhythms healthy?
Do they contribute to your spiritual and physical well-being?
Or are your rhythms unhealthy and could use a change?
Jesus modeled how to live life on purpose, in a healthy rhythm.
Jesus' life, everything he did, flowed out of His intimate relationship with His Father.
Jesus prayed.
Jesus spent time with people.
Jesus worked.
Jesus rested.
We invite you to look at your routines, your rhythms of life, and intentionally organize your life to follow Jesus’ rhythms of life.
As the apostle Paul said,
"Do not waste time arguing over godless ideas and old wives’ tales. Instead, train yourself to be godly. 8 “Physical training is good, but training for godliness is much better, promising benefits in this life and in the life to come.” 1 Timothy 4:7-8
