This Sunday we will be learning about a book in the Bible that may get you a little hot under the collar-the book of Ruth. Make no mistake, this story wants to do more than get you all hot and bothered. On the surface, the book of Ruth is an endearing romance, but when we consider the story behind the story we see that the romance is a vehicle for a really subversive message that calls the people of God to remember what it means to be the people of God.
