It's a Planet FPL Debut for new Sunderland Correspondent Spencer Barrowman as he joins James to discuss his club's journey from relegation battles in the 2010s through to the club's return to the Premier League following their recent promotion.

And there was a lot in-between including a Netflix Documentary that kicked off with the club falling into League One, where they would stay for four seasons.

There's reflection on many of thew club's managers, the two changes of ownership and where the club stands now ahead of their eagerly anticipated return to the top flight.
