I've heard a lot of people talking about that when this virus is over that'll start living a more normal life. Sometimes we have to put fear aside and figure out a way to live our lives.

Back when we were pregnant with our son I went through a hard time with my mental health, so I want to talk about how you can be there for moms to be.
