Temperatures in some areas of Europe reached  to 40 degrees this summer, and this heat also causes forest fires and water shortage.

Hot weather becomes our daily problem and the scientists said temperatures will continue to rise.What  can we do to live under such hot weather ? What are the two most important things to take care of ourselves under the heat?

Qui Anita racconta la sua esperienza di sentirsi sola. In un primo momento, dopo essersi trasferita in Italia, ha cercato di fare amicizia con i suoi vicini italiani, ma a causa della limitata lingua italiana, non riesce a costruire un rapporto profondo con loro!
