Finn has to interview members of the Innsmouth community for a town time capsule (in lieu of detention) but may not like everything he finds out. Cora, meanwhile, goes on a first date with Ishmael Marsh, much to Lucy's despair. 

The circus has come to Innsmouth, full of cotton candy, anxiety-provoking outsiders, and mistreatment of animals. Meanwhile, Wade and his wife Vivian have a long overdue talk about their relationship. 

It's the night of a retirement party for a pillar of the community, as well as a night of realizations, heartbreak, men who scream at the sea, and washed-up shark carcasses.
