I (Pastor Joel) had the privilege of interviewing Rob Bell about his new book, Where'd You Park Your Spaceship? An Interplanetary Tale of Love, Loss, and Bread. In our discussion, we talk about love, loss, and bread--including the ways that ungrieved grief can keep us from being truly seen.

Rob currently hosts the RobCast, and has also authored books like Velvet Elvis: Repainting the Christian Faith and Love Wins: A Book About Heaven, Hell, and the Fate of Every Person Who Ever Lived. All of his books can be found on his website: robbell.com. Additionally, he wrote and was featured in the series of NOOMA videos: short, captivating films about life and God.

Later in the interview, I referenced the idea of "committing to the bit," which I credited to Hank and John Green, the duo behind the vlogbrothers YouTube channel. I think Rob also mentioned it on his podcast, although I don't have the link available.
