🌟 Dvojica fakultetskih kolega, danas poslovnih kolega. Uprkos njihovim različitostima, jedna stvar je sigurna: upornost, hrabrost i spremnost za kontinuiranim učenjem su faktori koji nas vode prema uspjehu, bez obzira na broj padova koje doživimo. 🌟

We learned the power of COLLABORATION and OPEN COMMUNICATION and how technical skills can be damaged if there is no professional approach.

We are talking about a turning point when we made several decisions related to the establishment of organizational culture and processes, which additionally influenced the strengthening of our technical and soft skills.

As we fostered OPEN COMMUNICATION and an open approach with our employees, we transferred this to our partner relations, which led us to INTEGRITY on both sides. With this episode, we conclude a chapter in which we have clearly crystallized the direction in which we want to go. The VISION is clear, the CORE VALUE is defined, and our desire for GROWTH is unwavering.

Sandi and Rejhan, as founders, are highly committed to developing their employees and building initial client relationships.

🤝 However, they face the challenge of gaining trust as a newly established agency while presenting themselves authentically to clients, without shadowing or advertising. We’re also discussing the process of onboarding new employees and what works well in selecting and introducing them to the job. 📌

To choose or to be chosen, for us, is a responsibility and on the one hand a temptation if it conflicts with our core values. Our goal is to work on important matters for the community with people who share our values!

Perseverance against pressure 💪

This time, Sandi and Rejhan talked about the first challenges they encountered while founding the company. As temptations and pressures relentlessly clashed with our ideas and values, we stayed true to our vision and what we wanted to build our company on from the very beginning. 👁️🚀

What was it like to transfer the enthusiasm of the idea that they carry to the first employees because at that moment the idea was the only thing that existed in the company. 🌟 On the flip side, it involves extensive paperwork, but it also requires PERSISTENCE 🏃 and a commitment to the company's desired processes. ✅

They now recall those moments, previously overlooked due to limited time for reflection. We find it beneficial and motivating for others to hear about their experiences.
