Gary used to be an inactive 400 pound man on a fast track to a heart attack by 35... He has now lost 200 pounds, taught himself to run, completing one of the most difficult 100 mile foot races twice and this past year taught himself to ride a mountain bike to finish the biking portion of the race series (the Leadville Trail 100 in the highest mountains of Colorado).
He has overcome alcohol abuse (nearly 5 years sober), and depression that nearly led to the end of his life. He has been homeless, and has now built himself into a massive force of change in the world of executive coaching and strategic development for businesses and organizations, also publishing a few books along the way.
