Christina Tosi, founder of New York's Milk Bar, has created an exclusive Australian-inspired dessert for a limited pop-up event at Sydney's Ace Hotel. The chocolate chip cake lamington features layers of chocolate chip cake with marshmallow fluff, dunked in semi-sweet chocolate and coated with toasted cornflake crunch, inspired by Milk Bar's iconic cornflake chocolate chip marshmallow cookie. The pop-up, running Friday through Sunday from 8am to 2pm, is presented in partnership with American Express and Delicious Month Out, marking Milk Bar's first appearance in Sydney.
