There's been a potential breakthrough in the case of missing Ballarat mum, Samantha Murphy. Detectives have discovered a phone and other items of interest during a new, targeted search. Sniffer dogs uncovered the mobile which prompted hugs and high-fives from investigators. It will now undergo forensic testing. Divers also searched the bottom of a dam and used an excavator near the side of a road.
