Growing up I didn't love much about myself. I was full of shame and rejection. In this episode I talk about the power of changing your perspective about yourself and the world. Vulnerability is something we need to get closer to. We are human, and our experiences connect us. By us sharing our struggles we are able to create a safe place to others to see that it is okay, and things will get better again.

The past few years have been a lot changed but I'm grateful of the growth. I'm learning to celebrate myself and the beautiful things I experiencing. Thank you for listening and watching! I truly appreciate you for taking the time to be here! Thank you so much!
