Always trust God for he knows what is best for you. He will never lead you where his love and protection can't keep you!

365 fitness is to your heart, mind and soul what 24 hour fitness is to your body. What good is being in the best shape ever, only to live 100 years. We spend so little time on our Soul which will be with us for an eternity. Wake and and work out your soul with God's word. Be blessed!!

Too often we assume sin is after us but the truth is our flesh goes after sin. You don't go to the taco shop because you like pizza....right? We give sin it's power. Now let's put that same effort into serving and seeking God and watch your life change. May God bless you and keep you this day!
