    ESPN's Jordan Raanan reports the Giants and contract-year WR Odell Beckham have made progress on a "record-breaking contract."
    Colts coach Frank Reich said it's "no slam dunk" Marlon Mack is ready for the start of the season.
    Mack has been out with a hamstring injury the last two weeks and is borderline questionable for Week 1.
    Speaking Thursday, Titans coach Mike Vrabel said Rishard Matthews (knee) is "close" to coming off the active/PUP list.
