Bohlale Paile heads up Graduate Recruitment and Development for Bowmans. She studied her BCom undergraduate and Honours degree at Wits University and majored in Human Resource Management and Industrial Psychology. Her career started at a small recruitment agency and further progressed through Investec Bank, Standard Bank CIB (Corporate & Investment Banking) and now currently at Bowmans for the past 6 years. From discovering a family connection, (we are always 2 degrees separated from the next person), I loved getting to know Bohlale better and really experience her passion for her work and the lives she impacts. Also reflecting on the role leaders have on younger generations and how that can impact a persons confidence was a necessary conversation to have, as bullying in the workplace is real. I also love how she sets goals for herself and works to achieve them, truly an inspiration.
