Another great week in the Property world! Rob has been lecturing at oxford and valuations have been flooding in. There is still a lack of stock, but this will last until the industry comes together to sort the issue. First time buyers doubled last year which is amazing, however, the average new build house price is down £12,000, with the buyers average age now being 32. We discuss future interest rate hikes and what new modelling would be needed for affordable products as well as the new Residential Property Development Tax.
