Incorporating exercise into your daily routine can seem like such a daunting task. I mean we barely have enough time in the day to accomplish the things we want to, nevermind adding an additional thing to the list. That's why we need to find little ways we can incorporate a little bit of movement everyday so that we can have a lasting, fulfilling life.
