Senate Bill (SB) 277, the “Keep Schools Open & Safe Act” adds the Covid-19 vaccine to the mandatory list that requires children to get in order to attend daycares, K-12 schools, and universities, and ends the personal belief exemption “loophole”. SB 866, “The Teens Choose Vaccine Act” allows young people 12 and over to get vaccinated without parental consent.
