Welcome to Level 35! We're back to discuss this week's episode of Agents of Shield, A Life Earned. This is also the first episode since the news of the Disney buyout of 21st Century Fox and so we have plenty to talk about. First, for Agents of SHIELD, Coulson and May uncover what Kasius and the Kree are up to and it's not good. Mack remains the moral center for the team and we have to remember how painful the Framework was for him last season. There's also a really great tense scene with Kasius questioning Jemma and Daisy. Oh and Fitz is back (or is he?).

On the Disney buyout side, we discuss a lot from the concern trolling to how we could see the X-Men and Fantastic Four enter into the MCU. Kriss and Dpalm have some good ideas that you're not going to want to miss.

As always Agents of Shield doesn't waste any time. They pack so much into each episode and never really give us a chance to breathe. Episode 3 of Season 5, A Life Spent, has about 3 different plot points going on at once but they're all related and have us wondering about where the show is going (in a good way). We break down this episode as well as give some of our theories (I hope you all are prepared for LMD Fitz) and you're not going to want to miss it. Also? We throw in a little Disney buying 20th Century Fox talk and the first teaser for Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse starring Miles Morales. Give it a listen!

Typically Arrow goes into its breaks pretty strong but we're kinda disappointed in episode 9 of season 2, Irreconcilable Differences.  This episode felt like a big step back for the character of Oliver Queen into some behavior we thought we moved on from. It also felt like too much of a retread of plot points from previous seasons. There are a few small changes to the story that could have been made to give this a more fresh take on the "betrayed by someone on the team" angle and also protect the character changes they've made to Oliver.

Also the reveal of the team Cayden James has put around himself to go at Team Arrow seems a bit odd and doesn't have the impact we think they were going for.

After Kara provided us with the clapback for the ages in the crossover, Reign begins her mission, dispensing her special brand of justice that includes not only a lot of murder and an attempt on the life of Morgan Edge, but also includes her beating the brakes off of Kara.  It was literally a combination of a Fellowship of the Rings Gandalf moment and a Rocky "Throw the damn towel" moment.  We also get our Lena/Jimmy ship sailing, and the ongoing awkwardness between Kara, Mon-El, and Imra.  Also, get Papa J'onnz some brown liquor please.

Kriss & Dpalm are back for another Super Tuesday Recap episode. We're discussing the mid-season finales of The Flash (S4E9 Don't Run) and Legends of Tomorrow (S3E9 Beebo The God of War). We're also trying something new with this episode. First up, we're combining the review into just one episode instead of two separate ones. We know most people listen to both and instead of clogging the feeds with two separate downloads we figured it would be easier to just put up one episode. We will have time stamps below for those that want to skip ahead.

Also, we're going to be doing a better job of including other information and general discussion in our episode. For this episode we open up talking about Tom King's latest issue of Batman and how it really nails both Batman and Superman. We end the episode with Dpalm giving his idea of how Warner Brothers can fix the DCEU. Check it out!

Oh and we did the show on Facebook Live. Don't worry, you didn't miss an announcement. It was a last minute decision by me (Kriss) to test out going Live. We're going to be running some tests for the next few shows so that hopefully we can start doing them more frequently in 2018.

AGENTS OF SHIELD IS BACK!

We knew that season 5 of Agents of Shield would take us to space and face the agents off against aliens but not like this. Not only is the team (most of them) in space but they've also traveled through time and are in a future with a destroyed earth. The first two episodes answers some questions but like many Agents of Shield episodes, leaves us with even more questions. It's also very clear that they had fun time misleading us about the challenges the team would face and it's even more dire than we imagined.

This is going to be a fun season to watch and it looks like the cast and crew know it too. Listen as we break down what happened in these first two episodes and why we're glad the show is back.

A 2-night, four show crossover requires us to pull out all the stops and so we’re bringing in the whole Super Tuesday Recap squad to discuss the Arrowverse (Arrow, Supergirl, The Flash & Legends of Tomorrow) crossover, Crisis on Earth-X.

But even better, thanks to Marvel Studios dropping the first teaser trailer for Avengers: Infinity War and so we HAVE to start off by discussing that comic goodness. Then it’s on to the main event with the CW & WB TV showing us what a proper Justice League looks like (yeah, shots fired). We discuss it all:

* Evil Kara & Evil Oliver

* The Return of Tommy Merlyn

* Oliver being the Green Batman

* Felicity being a trash wedding guest

* Sara & Alex hooking up

* The Marvel references and homage to old school Superman

* Mick Rory continuing to be a national treasure

* Victor Garber going out like a Legend

* Leo Snart and The Ray

* And More

You’re not going to want to miss this supersized episode that covers it all (even your listener feedback). Make sure you subscribe to Super Tuesday Recap on iTunes/Stitcher/Google so you don’t miss an episode.

It might be Thanksgiving but Arrow wasn't giving us any breaks as they put out episode 7 of season 6, Thanksgiving out on it's regular time and night. And it wasn't just a filler episode as a lot of things happen. Agent Watson makes her move and has Oliver arrested for being the Green Arrow. This probably would have had more impact if they did a better job of setting Watson's motivations like they have Jace Turner on The Gifted. Instead she just comes off as mean for no reason. We also get some internal strife in the team between Curtis & Felicity and then Diggle and Oliver. We discuss who we think was right and wrong in both these cases. Cayden James also sets up the team.

The one good thing for the team is that Thea wakes up from her coma. Which leads to us discussing how the show handles some of its female characters and what they can do to fix it.

Listen to get our full thoughts on this episode. Make sure you subscribe to Super Tuesday Recap so you don't miss a review.

Oliver celebrates Thanksgiving with his family but the happy moment is interrupted. Meanwhile, Black Siren returns to wreak havoc on the holiday.

We're finally here to review/discuss the final two episodes of Inhumans Season 1! Kriss and Dpalm are joined by another Super Tuesday Recap veteran, Shanna. The trio recaps/discusses the final two episodes and recap the whole season. So first things first, it almost feels as if these episodes were filmed along with the first two because they seem to be shot a lot better and that some time (and money) was put into them. And Triton returns and we have to apologize for all our Fish-Boy jokes because he's...actually pretty good. For some reason the show decided that the actor and character with the best fight scenes should be "killed" in the first 5 minutes of the season then rushed back out of the blue in the final 2 episodes.

It's decisions like that leave us scratching our heads as to why this entire season was managed the way it was. If the show was more like the final 2 episodes and less like the first 6,
