Just when you think The Flash can't get more comic booky, The New Rogues comes out and the show does just that. We get Jesse in costume, the Top & Mirror Master as well as the team going fishing for other Harrison Wells. Oh and Caitlyn's powers are going to be hard to ignore soon.
