Super Uber Kick@ss Nerdcast episodes

  • David Tennant Pony

In this episode, our heroes in a nerd shell briefly discuss the sad existence of fruit flies. We then attempt to start talking about what's happening in Nerd News, but we then pivot to who Pete looks like more, Richard Branson or Sheamus from the WWE. Then, after spending all too much time talking about Sheamus, and then segway to talking about Ireland.
We discuss the classic film Snatch, Brazillian Batman, which Batmobile was faster, whether or not Skrull Fat really exists, and if Ben Grimm's Blind Girlfriend is a good band name.
We then discuss our Top Five Books, Michael Bay's TMNT, what a Bronie is, the reason behind butt tattoos, and other badly remade movies. We also talk Fan Suggestions, and take some time to appreciate Chris's dad who is the now the defacto leader of the Nerdcast, and of course...the Nerd Quiz!
We talk about a bunch of other stuff too, but there is only so much room for show notes, and it's another super long episode, so just listen and enjoy!

  • Banana Sticker

This week, we talk about our interesting news items of the week, our "huge" new fanbase, and when Ryan and Chris got selected for random drug testing at work, when Chris got his first experience in the Lady's Room and Ryan was complimented on his work.
We also have our first guest Henry Gaudet transport in all the way from Ireland! We talk about marriage, finding magic in banana stickers, and the evolution of how we listen to music. We also discuss if Irish or American is the cooler accent, which Godzilla movie is the worst one, and how to NOT alienate our fanbase. Also, so many old man jokes about Ryan.
We ask Henry about his Desert Island movies, and we talk about which super power we would have. If Discount Flux Capacitors is a good band name, and what the heck is a podiobook? We also argue the semantics of where Wolverine's claws came from, and whether or not if there were women drawn like Rob Liefield in Real Life, whether or not they would be able to survive. We then introduce a new segment, Dinner for Six, where we talk about who we would each invite to a dinner from all walks of life. We also talk about the writing competition Script Frenzy, and who the real Lone Ranger is!
Yes we talk about a lot, but this was an extra long episode! And remember, Disco is NOT DEAD, Disco is LIFE!

  • Fuppet

In this episode, the guys do their "formal" introductions, argue the semantics of making up words, and we learn what the internet is for. We also discuss what everyone is listening to that week, the proper term to describe "Fake Muppets" (which you may or may not need a prescription for), and whether or not any of us will actually "steal your girl." We also discuss our Top 5 Desert Island Movies, what Spider Man goes by when he goes to New York, how many wonders are in the world, and the first ever Nerd News Quiz! Find out who wins the "No Prize!"
