We give updates on the upcoming Episode 50 Double Giveaway, and The Question segment makes its debut where we read listeners answers, and speculate on who the new batman could be if Ben Affleck does leave the role, and what story we would love to see. We get our first look at the new Hellboy, Tim Miller directing Terminator 6, Mathew Vaughn in talks to direct Man of Steel 2, and more in the news this week! In Tube Talk this week, Jordan gives a quick spoiler-free IT movie review. We also review Annabelle: Creation, Preacher Season 2 Finale, and James, Eric, and David finally saw Baby Driver so we talk a bit about that, among other things (all spoiler-free reviews). This week The Supercast is joined by Joe Stark and Kyle Kohl to discuss the news of The Joker getting an origin movie that is NOT in the current DCEU and NOT starring Jared Leto, and has Martin Scorsese involved. This could possibly be a the start to a new banner of "Elseworlds" movies DC is considering. On the other hand, Jared Leto has been tapped for 3 new DC movies, as he confirms he is back in the DCEU as The Joker. What do we think of all this developement? The Batman WILL be set in the DCEU, plus a lot more of DC, Marvel, Star Wars, and Other News. Joe Prime finally watched Power Rangers and gives his rating on that right in the beginning of the show. How did this GREAT film live up in the eyes of this Prime? We jump into Throne Cast this week to discuss the Game of Thrones episode "Beyond The Wall" and all the amazing things that happened in this episode, why everyone needs to chill out on all the "problems" game of thrones is supposedly creating, and we speculate more on the upcoming season finale. In Tube Talk this week, Jordan reviews new netflix film "Death Note", and the first episode of Amazon's new super hero comedy "The Tick". Jordan & Joe rate and discuss USA's new show The Sinner, and Joe rates Salvation, and Ozark as he recently finished that. Stark and Kyle review some stuff they've been watching as well. The boys are back! Welcome to Episode 42 where Jordan, Joe, and David are all reunited once again after about another month of being apart, and Joe and David return to some great news! Awesome Star Wars news this week as an Obi-Wan movie is finally happening, so of course, we give our thoughts on that, and that kicks off the Daily Planet News for us this week, plus news of other movies Lucasfilm is considering, more Ben Affleck Batman bullshit, David Tennant returning as Killgrave in Jessica Jones Season 2 and much more in news! Also, we give our first reaction and thoughts of the first few episodes of Defenders, with a full season review episode coming in a day or two! In Tube Talk this week, the guys rate & discuss the new DC Animation movie Batman & Harley Quinn, plus some other movies and shows we've been watching the past week as well. Thronecast is pretty awesome this week as Jordan & Joe rate and discuss "Eastwatch" and just overall geek out about Game of Thrones in general, and where we thing the end of this season is headed. In the Daily Planet News this week we discuss many things, including some big MCU rumors about Infinity War and post Avengers 4 from 4-Chan, our first look at Josh Brolin's Cable, some Flash news, some Justice League talk, and a ton of non-superhero news including James Cameron filming Terminator 6 with Arnold back in 2018, Karl Urban in talks for the Dredd TV series, and some HUGE Netflix news, as Netflix aquires Millarworld, but Disney is pulling out of Netflix, with Netflix in talks to keep Star Wars and Marvel movies. We speculate on the future of Netflix and other streaming services. We then get into the awesome episode of Game of Thrones that graced us this week in Throne Cast, and in Tube Talk this week Jordan watched The Mummy, Joe finished the Leftovers, and we also talk about Boardwalk Empire among other things. Then we hit up the oh so incredible Collectible Cave to discuss what we picked up this week, and what we can expect to see coming out soon.
