Ten years ago, the CW began building a DC television universe with the premiere of Arrow. It's unique take on a usually secondary comic book character quickly grew in popularity. Oliver Queen was suddenly in a leadership position. The show became a hub for pilots for other characters that started taking on a life of their own. And once it was clear that this version of the universe was here to stay, crossovers became a staple. With many changes in the industry and even the world in general, the Arrowverse momentum has slowed a bit, and its days may be numbered.
