What is Participation? How do we participate and understand what happens during the mass?

Why are we here? Why is Sunday Mass an obligation? Why is Mass so boring? A lot has to do with participation. Vatican 2 wanted us to know and participate more. Not as active busy bodies but by full, conscience, and active participation.

The parable of Lazarus and the Rich Man has so much amazing insight into Christianity. May we not be the rich man and omit the good that God wants us to do and not omit. 9/29/19

Jesus instituted the sacrament of Holy Matrimony to get by, but to actually be a means of salvation, purification, and holiness. Marriage should not draw one away from God, but closer to God. 9/28/19

Christianity is Difficult. When we hear what Jesus says it should challenge us. We should wrestle with what Jesus says because it is hard, difficult and extreme. Hate your Mother and Father! 9/8/19
