Supplement Startup

While we're focused on starting with a product, there are a lot of things we can do in the meantime.  Starting to dive into an e-commerce platform as well as developing a high level marketing plan are just a few.  

First step is to take the first step.  In this episode I talk about why I'm starting a supplement company and the first few steps I'm taking to try to get to a product.  

Operation Olympic was the planned invasion of Japan set to occur in 1945.  Of course this ended up not taking place but it's interesting to think about what could have/would have been if this went down.  Not sure the United States, even in victory, looks the same today if we had conducted this operation.

A lot of positive change in the last year and if I had to tie it to one thing it would be when I first started CrossFit.  Getting into the community and sport has bled over into so many areas of my life that I talk about here.

Staring some new projects after moving to Murfreesboro, TN.  From beekeeping to gardening, archery to Crossfit, focusing on documenting the hobbies that bring me joy and excitement.

Finding ways to divide tasks when starting our business and how that's been a benefit to our marriage.

Rambling on as I build a compost bin.    Changing your mind is a strength but we tend to view it as a weakness.  How will you know what you like or who you are until you try out a few things and change your mind along the way?
