What is up guys!! Like always hope you are having an awesome day and enjoy this fire episode. Sorry if this episode came out a little weird or with a slow start, I was recording my first podcast with a video for YouTube but I also wanted to keep my regular schedule of uploading to my podcast provider.

In this episode we go over supplementations, what I currently take and my useful insight on what you should consider taking. I am not a DOCTOR or and I am not telling you to take anything but I do want to educate you guys a little on what I take and why. My only must take SUPPLEMENT recommendations are Omega 3 Fish Oils, Creatine Monohydrate, and Protein Powder.
