The Biden administration has announced a vaccine mandate, the FDA delayed regulatory decisions on some of the e-cigarette industry's biggest players, and the CEO of Biogen, the pharmaceutical company that manufactures Alzheimer's drug, Aduhelm, has released a statement on the slow start of the company's Alzheimer's drug rollout.
Delta variant COVID-19 cases continue to rise in America, Aduhelm has received mixed reception from scientists, healthcare providers and insurers, and the Biden Administration is working on an actionable plan to enforce the No Surprises Act signed into law by former President Trump.

Countries benefitting from the COVAX Initiative vaccine distribution are starting to run out of vaccines, while over in America, demand for the vaccine is falling even though supply is still plentiful. Finally, the Delta variant continues to prove it is fitter and faster than its predecessor variants, causing the WHO to label it a "variant of concern."
