Do you ever find yourself listing in your head all the things that are causing you stress? Recent events that had a strong impact on you, situations you need to deal with, people who need your help, projects you are behind on, all the little things that just aren’t getting done, fears and what-ifs about our unpredictable changing world.


Recently I have. The list looping in my head – work, home, caretaking, political and health issues, climate change, all the compromises I’m tolerating right now that keep me from living aligned with my core values. Grief, loss, heartache and fear are all in there too.


Our past week in Texas literally put us all into freeze mode! It’s left most everyone I know with big messes and compromised living spaces.


In meditation I got a download for how to turn the overwhelm into an opportunity to increase self-compassion, and receive mercy and healing for my heart, mind and body.
