This is a meditation to support yourself through change.

Everything changes, everything is transient, all things come and go. This is a hard lesson to take as we seek security and stability. We wish for things to remain fixed in order for us to have a sense of control.

True agency, however, comes from accepting the passing of things. To allow yourself to be in the present moment without grasping onto something or pushing an unpleasant experience away.
I hope this meditation brings you some peace in our ever-changing world.
