Aging is a natural part of life, and when our animals reach this stage, it can be both beautiful and incredibly challenging. Their needs begin to shift, their bodies change, and the way they engage with the world isn’t always the same as it once was.

This episode is a look into what it really means to support our animals through this phase of life.

Through my personal experiences, I share what it has looked like to navigate different aging journeys and the ongoing process of learning how to meet them where they are and what they are communicating.

One of the greatest ways we can support our senior animals is by allowing all versions of them to be seen, supported, and loved without expectation.

This is an episode for anyone walking alongside a senior animal, or anyone who wants to feel more prepared, grounded, and connected as their animal moves into this stage of life.

And above all, it’s a reminder to keep asking: “What do they need from me now?”
