I share how I personally prepare my animals before I leave, practically, emotionally, and energetically. From choosing the right caretaker based on each animal’s unique needs, to communicating through visualization, showing them how long I’ll be gone, and preparing them for the shift in routine.

This episode is about creating smoother transitions, honouring your animals’ needs, and remembering that while you may be on vacation, their world feels different in your absence.

With intention, communication, and awareness, time apart doesn’t have to feel disruptive, it can become something your animals can navigate with trust and certainty.
