BIO:
Dr. Shea Osuna has spent the last decade supporting woman navigate the highs and lows of life and motherhood.  She is a Network Spinal chiropractor, focusing on light touch and attention to the nervous system to help her practice members unravel spinal cord tension, create more freedom in their body, and improve their ability to heal and thrive.  

Her passion and dedication is helping women as they consider motherhood and support them through their unique journey, however that may look.  After the loss of her daughter in 2018, Dr. Shea realized becoming a mother meant welcoming all the beauty and all the heart ache.  

She has found that by healing the nervous system, allowing the body to come out of fight/flight or freeze, women can shift their perception around fears, anxiety, pain, and infertility.  Her life’s work is creating a safe environment for families to connect, heal together, and live their lives fully.  She currently has practices in the West Denver and Louisville, Colorado areas where she lives with her husband and two boys.
