A continued study of the book of Colossians and the beginning of  Chapter 2. In this chapter, Paul starts to make the message more personal for the church. He shifts from stating that Jesus is Lord to emphasizing that Jesus is OUR Lord. This personal connection highlights that He has specifically called us to serve in His kingdom. In the first five verses of this chapter, Paul shares the work he is doing for the church in Colossae, and through his words, we receive a strong challenge about our own responsibilities here at North Conway.
