"Trudy Makepeace was molested from the age of four until her teens. The dejection of her childhood led Trudy to a life of prostitution, substance abuse and crime. She says, “I grew up living as though I had ‘victim’ written on my forehead.” Trudy’s interpretation of freedom was to be a prisoner to rebellion, addiction, prostitution, crime and greed. She came to the point where, as she puts it, “I couldn’t fix me.” It was then that she discovered the reality of new life in Jesus Christ."
