Trudy Norris, Project Officer with Green Synergy, shares her passion for community work, wellbeing, plants and people, along with a few memories from her youth in Lincolnshire and South Wales. Trudy leads on therapeutic horticulture and is also an experienced counsellor and herbal practitioner.

Nick Dore, one of the Directors of the local Land Trust, member of Maze Matters and local rivercare/litter pick groups, pops by to gives his angle on community involvement, alongside a few reminiscences from his life.

Ruairidh joins us to share a few reminiscences from his life and to talk about his passion for music and its potential to promote mental health, connection and a sense of rootedness. He also shares a few stories about collecting songs from singers and the power of oral history, together with a few tips for the challenging times we find ourselves in.
