In this episode of What's Up Wednesday, host Karli Burridge discusses the outcomes of the SURMOUNT 2 trial, which investigated the weight effects of terzepatide on subjects with obesity or pre-obesity and type 2 diabetes.  These results were recently released in a news release by Eli Lilly, the manufacturer of the drug.

Karli also reviews the SURMOUNT-1 trial outcomes, and reminds us all to, as Harold Bays stated at the OMA conference last month...."Remember this Day". These are historic times and outcomes for obesity management. Our field is rapidly evolving with the development of these "second-generation" obesity medications!
