In this episode, Johnny is determined to surprise Moira for her birthday, and enlists the help of David, Alexis, and the townspeople to coordinate the festivities.

Alexis is none-too-pleased, as Moira's birthday is a disruption to her planned getaway to Chicago, with Ted; and David is met with a less-than-accommodating response from Stevie when he needs her help.  

In the end, the party comes together and the surprise remains in-tact… kind of.
