Survey Fatigue happens in companies WITHOUT a survey strategy. First, you need a CEO who gets the people-first concept, then you can send surveys with a problem you're trying to figure out, get feedback, make changes, get more feedback, rinse and repeat. Employees won't mind taking surveys when they know someone takes them seriously. The hardest part is being strong enough to not take things *personally*!
