Tom and I start by talking about his club, high school, college (CSU Fullerton), and professional soccer (LA Salsa, California Kickers) playing experience. Then we get into his experiences as a young coach working with top level players (like Leonard Griffin and Landon Donovan), developing his coaching philosophy in the North-West, helping build ECNL programs, being on the US Club Soccer board, ID2, Project 2010 with Bruce Arena, Vertical Integration and more.
More importantly, we discuss the long term vision of "shooting for the stars" with San Francisco Elite Academy, and how the goal of developing "World Class" players drives us forward every day.
Bobby Quinlan and Chance Daniel talk about Bobby's unique perspective on coaching soccer and leaves us with lots of reading to do.

Halle also talks about what it's like working with some of the youngest SFEA players, what she learned about herself while recovering from injury or changing positions, and how she is developing as coach.
