Mrs. Joy Johnson Brown, whose career in grief counseling spans over 50 years, reflects on how grief and our reactions have changed over the years. She co-founded with her late husband Dr. Marv Johnson, the Centering Corporation, America's oldest and largest bereavement resource center, and Ted E. Bear Hollow, which is a center for grieving children. Her latest endeavor is a novel called The BOOB Girls: The Burned Out Old Broads at Table 12 which has taken her to hundreds of presentations for "seasoned women".
