On this lighthearted final episode of Surviving Empathy Podcast, Rebecca and I first explore the difference between dark empaths and empaths, and all the ins and outs of that. Then, we'll get into the heart of what this show was always really all about, what we're trying to accomplish, and who we've been trying to help and why. We'll talk about what we learned about podcasting as a medium, and what we learned about the modern world today as empaths and older wiser people. We'll talk about our advice and takeaways on how to find and keep good mental health, robust living, and a happiness and joy in your life that endures for downhome people just like us. Just average every day regular people who aren't rich and who depend on a good economy and the word to function in order to make it. Finally, in my final spiel at the end, I will talk about what we want for YOU, what we hope for and expect for ourselves and the Chef Bry Comedy Brand, and what we truly want for our audience and the world! At the end of the day, this was a 2 year-long adventure, an experiment whereby energy is intention. We trusted in and relied on good vibes, goodness and kindness, and thoughtfulness and earnestness, but with a keen sense of humor to take us to so many good places. But it hasn't all been paved with gold! It's been a lot of good, a little bit bad, and some wholly unexpected kind people to support us and become our true real-life friends! Much of it exposed the dirty seedy underbelly of the world and people, and the real business of becoming a content creator, and we want to share our experience and advice with you! Thank you all so very much for your friendship, encouragement, and support over the years. It's been quite an experience to say the very least! But at the end of the day this isn't goodbye, so much as, we will see you later on the YouTube space! We might be done podcasting for now, but we've just begun when it comes to creating thoughtful, educational, and genuine, positive but real content. As always, we will continue to advocate for good regular down-to-earth folks, for good mental health outcomes and better living for all those regular people struggling out there, those empaths and sensitives, those misfits and introverts in these oftentimes unusual times plagued with hate and divisiveness, pitfalls, road blocks, and dead ends. But just as we like to say, where there's a will there's a way! With the right mindset, the right strategy, and the right approach and internal consistency, we can all get there and find the life we all so richly want, need, and deserve! A huge thanks to all of our friends, family, and supporters, we couldn't have believed in ourself and done it without you! On this fun and mind-bending episode, we go down the rabbit hole and consider the existence of possible extra-terrestrials and UFOs, portals, and other possible paranormal phenomenon. There's a new rise in attention and popularity of this once fringe subject that is now gaining a lot of mainstream credibility and attention, causing somewhat of a paradigm shift in our cultural thinking about the subject, and an uproar of attention in our culture today. We want to try to understand what all this could mean for our culture and society today. New whistleblowers coming out, new government task forces being created, new advocacy and reporting agencies for pilots and witnesses over the ever-increasing sightings of possible exotic crafts, and dare I say, the possible existence of aliens and the possible human/alien encounters and relations! There seems to be a real newfound surge in mainstream interest in UAP/UFO phenomenon and possible exotic foreign craft and creature sightings! So, we want to get to the heart of the matter, to try to understand what all the implications could mean, as we consider the possibility of what's really going on here?! The implications for our planet, of our culture and society, of our economy and culture, and the scientific and spiritual ramifications as well! At the end of the day, it's a good time to be a believer, and we want to get down to the absolute truth! It's a phenomenon that used to be panned as fringe nonsense and sci-fi fantasy, but there's a lot of very credible evidence and witnesses on this phenomenon now from very credible sources that gives this phenomenon newfound traction and credibility that's fascinating at best, and terrifying at worst! Let's go down the rabbit hole together, and learn all that can be derived from this alien fever going on in the media today!

On this light and breezy episode Rebecca and I talk about being empaths, what that entails, and how we as highly sensitive people must detach ourselves from the world out there as social animals enough to lower our stress levels and to find our sense of humanity, sense of humor, and a joy that endures, despite life always coming at us! To find our inner silly heart, and to let go of all those expectations, all the hurt, and all that hate out there in the world. Then, we will talk a little bit about how we as highly sensitive people must continually filter, block, and sort through this life for better mental and spiritual health, and process it in a way that's healthy, that allows us to find cathartic release and a sense of identity and wisdom in the daily struggle of living. At the end of the day, we can become so disconnected to our own joys and heart where we stray from who we really are, or we can lean into our goodness, kindness, and humor within, and find a wisdom and power in ourselves, an attitude and spark that hopefully will infect the world with our joy, our positivity, and our hope, and to grow into our wisdom and heart of who we really are, not out of who we were always meant to be. At the end of the day, we can either grow from this experience called life or we can let it take from us forever, the choice is ours!

On this very personal and real but super light episode, Rebecca and I get down and dirty about our less than perfect life and mental health, and some of the gripes and frustrations we have with the world in its current state, and our current circumstances these days. Sometimes life can feel so good and pleasant, or terrible and dysfunctional depending on our current perspective and state of mind. This episode explores some of the ways in which we allow ourselves to become untethered and lose our priorities that steal our joy away, or otherwise preoccupy our time when we know we shouldn't let it! Then, we'll talk about some of the noise and nonsense out there that can contribute to poor mental health outcomes and a cascade of failures that makes us shut down or stop trying. Then lastly, some of the ways we can reset our priorities to get our mind and body right to really allow our souls to soar unincumbered by the state of the world out there or our personal problems always getting in the way of our progress and joy. To find the lightness and fun in the world and in ourself, to be less down in it and more above it all. We'll talk about the world today, and real-world ways in which we can retool, reset, and get our lives and priorities back into a good functional working order, to maximize growth and progress, and keep our happiness, strength, and growth at the forefront of our lives!
