The holidays are here, and they’re not fun for everyone. Today’s guest on The Be Ruthless Show tells it like it is!
Catie Hill is an Intuitive Life Coach, Grief Mentor and longstanding member of the Grief Club. As a coach and mentor she provides support, strategies, understanding and compassion for individuals who have experienced devastating loss. Helping them to move through the process of reinventing their life and identity. By investigating the way behaviors and limiting beliefs impact their day-to-day lives, Catie helps them build strategies to shift these patterns. Whether they are new to the grief club or longstanding members, the results can be transformative. Leading to greater acceptance, healing, empowerment and growth.
The grief journey Catie has traveled since the devastating loss of her significant other to suicide in 2010 has culminated in a passion and gift for supporting others as they too navigate the long and arduous path that is grief, with the mission of providing the kind of highly personalized and compassionate support she wishes she had had during her most vulnerable times.
Today we have a real and raw conversation about grief, the holidays, healing, and living in this world that avoids all of these conversations.
