Sk: Vršky Vysokých Tatier boli zahalené v hustej vrstve snehu.
En: The peaks of the Vysoké Tatry were shrouded in a thick layer of snow.

Sk: Vietor svišťal cez úzke doliny a zachrýval každý zvuk.
En: The wind howled through the narrow valleys, drowning out every sound.

Sk: V horskej chate sedeli Marek a Ivana, obaja hlboko zamyslenei nad situáciou, v ktorej sa ocitli.
En: In a mountain cabin sat Marek and Ivana, both deeply contemplating the situation they had found themselves in.

Sk: Celý rok sa tešili na túto chvíľu.
En: They had looked forward to this moment all year.

Sk: Zimné stretnutie s priateľmi v Tatrách bolo tradíciou.

Sk: Pomaly začali posilniť okná a dvere.
En: Slowly, they began to reinforce the windows and doors.

Sk: Marek si uvedomil, že prázdne sľuby a odvaha mu tentoraz nepomôžu.
En: Marek realized that empty promises and courage wouldn't help him this time.

Sk: Počas dlhých hodín čakania sa rozprávali, zdieľajúc príbehy z minulosti.
En: During long hours of waiting, they talked, sharing stories from the past.

Sk: Snehová búrka vonku zúri, ale vnútri chaty sa atmosféra zmenila.
