I tried dealing with it by myself for over 3 decades, and it nearly cost me my life, but with the ongoing help I'm now receiving, 3 years after I started to get help, I'm in a better place and feeling a lot more able to cope, knowing I have the fantastic charity organization that has been and continues to help me, by my side right the way through it.
