Evening was peaceful in C-block.
Street dogs were out of sight. Lockdown curfew had started two days ago. All shops were closed.
The environment seemed like a desert, spread over thousands of kilometres. Such was the emptyness of those days.
Sushi aunty was ambling on her first floor. She was her 60s. Her husband was on an evening-walk in the parking lot at the ground-floor.
She was famous for all local information like a village barber in Indian context. She was talking with her pet-turtle, Tim.
She was calling him her sweetheart, loving, son etc, etc.
I was standing in opposite flat in my balcony observing the street hustle and bustle.
I was smiling at the fortune of Tim who was freely moving with Sushi aunty without any curfew scare.
