As believers it is important that we commit our ways and thoughts to God. We must not let the desires of Babylon determine our actions. To do so is to grieve God and to depart from the will of God.

Chapter 9 of Revelation is one of the most horrific chapters of the Bible. The woes of the Trumpet Judgments are the rewards of rebellious mankind. The believer can be thankful that he is spared from them.

The King James Version is based on the superior texts of Scripture. It also had superior translation techniques. The translators took great care to make sure that the King James Bible maintained its purity. Believers can believe in the King James Bible because it has superior theology that has not been changed.

Phebe was not just a good woman; she was a child of God. Though she could have followed the world, she set herself apart. It was not her good deeds that saved her, it was her faith in Jesus Christ. Though we may not always see the humble work that is often done by our women and mothers. God does and will reward them in heaven.

As one studies the book of Revelation, it is better to err towards the simplicity of faith in the Word of God, than to adopt the most plausible scheme based upon the opinions of man. One that spiritualizes the Trumpet Judgments will err in his interpretation of Revelation.

The Word of God is a living book that contains the words of life. God has faithfully preserved His entire Word to this day, and believers can rest confident in His preservation.

Because God remembers His Word, He remembers His holiness. It is God's holy nature that requires His judgment of sin. As believers, we must live realizing that God's judgment starts at the house of God.

Election season rolls around, the elected candidate is put in place and now what? Win or lose the perspective of the believer ought to remain steadfast.

The Lord's power is all the believer needs to serve God. The power is through the Holy Spirit. Through the Spirit, believers have a hope to complete what God has commanded of them.

It is the will of God for the assembly to be unified. Disharmony within the assembly will shutter the effectiveness of the assembly. The number one issue that brings disharmony is the love of self.
